Tammy Jimmo

Founder & Owner

With over 25 years of experience as a proud backstage dance mom to her three children — Brianna, Linda, and EJ — Tammy has been deeply involved in every step of their dance journeys, offering both behind-the-scenes support and personal encouragement. Today, she works alongside Miss Brianna and Miss Linda to lead Harmony Dance Center as a truly family-centered studio. Together, they are committed to making Harmony a second home for dancers of all ages.

Beyond the studio, Tammy has dedicated nearly a decade to Scouting America. She served as Cubmaster of Pack 3 in Waterbury, helping grow the pack from five to over 25 members, and later became Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 6 in Middlebury. In 2022, she was honored with the Influential Women’s Award for her dedication to youth and community leadership.

At Harmony, Tammy is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment where every dancer feels seen, celebrated, and inspired to grow.

Brianna Cavallo-Perez

Artistic Director | Lead Instructor

Miss Brianna began dancing at the age of 3 at Sunshine Dance Center. During her time as a student, she enjoyed learning many forms of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, pointe, contemporary, and musical theatre.

Brianna began assistant teaching under the tutelage of Miss Sheila Tetreault and has Miss Sheila to thank for all of her knowledge

and love of dance.

Brianna has 26 years of dance experience and 5 years of teaching experience. Throughout the years, she trained in acting and singing at 7 Angels Theatre and performed in Bright Lights, a youth production founded in 1993. She later portrayed Cha Cha DiGregorio in Grease, earning the 2015 Halo Award for Best Featured Dancer in a Play, selected from over 90 participating students.

At Harmony, Miss Brianna is passionate about helping every dancer grow in confidence, technique, and a love of dance.
